derattling cf trunk

as i type this my cf trunk is being put on properly(i had it on but it needed to be aligned and everyhting) anyway, even without my sub the thing rattles like crazy. the cf part is seperate fromt he fiberglass ribing so they bang againt each other. i was thinking of using that great stuff expanding foam in small amounts to fill in the gaps. i figured epoxy of other glues could damage the cf. could great stuff as well?

also i suppose i could just shove small strips of cardboard in the gaps, i did that on my old car and it worked really well, i know its cheap.

id prefer not to dynomat it cause im not toally sure it would stop the rattling, since the two parts arent attached.

any other way of stickign the cf to the fiberglass without damaging either?

Find out what they use to glue the FG to the CF...looks like some sort of urethane or epoxy or something. Use the same material would be my suggestion.
