New speaker install question

ok i have an aftermarket pioneer hu using the pac wiring harness to allow it to work through my bose speakers. over the weekend i bought pioneer 3-way speakers for the doors to replace the last of my bose system. can i just leave the harness and everything it and swap the speakers and connect the wires that went from the old speaker to the new speaker? or do i have to take out the pac wiring harness and re-wire every speaker directly to the cd player? sorry if this sounds a lil der der der, im sort of an audio idiot

someone correct me if im wrong, but im pretty sure the Bose speakers run at a different impedance, so the answer would be 'no'.

you'd have to bypass the stock amps, or run new wires.

i have also heards that you have to rewire everything, which in my mind is better because then you know the entire system and can match numbers much more easily... the bose system is confusing for moding
