capacitor instalation

sup guys......im just wondering whats the best way to hook up a cap to 2 amps......ive got the main power wire from the battery going straight to the cap....then from the cap ive got 2 more power wires going of off it, one to each amp. As for the grounds i have 2 different ground wires from different part of the chasis that come together and go to the cap...then from the cap ive got 2 more ground wires coming off of it, one for each amp..... Is this right?

Yes, but you dont really need two individual wires going from the cap to chassis, one would do fine.

yeah thats what i thought to but someone told me that the cap should be grounded by itself but that never made sense to me....also if the cap starts getting under 10 thats when it starts draining from the battery right?

when the cap starts getting under 10 volts thats when the system starts draining power from your battery right? Or am i wrong because my cap usually reads somewhere around 13.5 volts normally but when i crank the subs up its drops down to about 12.2 volts, so is that still normal?

1. sell on ebay
2. throw in garbage
3. upgrade wiring/batt/alt

Choose 1 or 2, then do 3.
