2k2 Dash Kit

Hi guys...i checked all the pages in the audio section and i could not find an answer. So here is my problem...
I have a none bose 2k2 i replaced the head unit with a Double Din kenwood.
I am looking for a dash kit that is already made for a double din radio that has a clean factory look....the only ones i keep finding are ment for single din aftermarket radios.

ps does any one have any pics of nice one that they have installed already and can you point me in the right direction...web address or phone # on where to buy one.thanks in advance.

Hi all,

I can't post new threads yet, so I'm hijacking this one (sorry!). I'm trying to replace the broken stock head unit in my 2000 max. I found a cheap 2002 model on ebay, but I'm not sure if it will fit. Any advice appreciated.

FYI:If you read the stickies you will know that there is a section to post for the NOOB's I think you need to check around before you just post anywhere you want to...there is some order to the site and respect you should show.:banghead:

I've also got a 2002 GXE that didn't come with Bose. That's exactly how my vents and assembly around the factory stereo look.

I think they're saying you'd need this part to fill in the empty space left by a single DIN head unit: http://www.courtesyparts.com/Merchan...Category_Code=

I believe that the 02 and up double din dash kit requires the whole top piece of the dash to be replaced like it showed on courtesys site. This answered my question I was just about to post!
