Stealth subwoofer pics/advice

I want to redo my trunk for a cleaner appearance. I'm over the phat box in the trunk look. I wanted to have the subwoofer mounted so the cone shows thru the backseat pass thru and have a false wall on the other side. Does anyone have pics of this on a 4th gen? Anyone have a design plan or some advice for me?

I beleive it's been done in 5th gen's with relative ease. A 4th gen should be the same however you won't get as pretty of a view with the subs as you would ina 5th gen with folding down seats.

Not sure if the 5th gen has the same left side as the 4th gen, but I have a JL stealth box that fits neatly on the left side. Barely takes up any space and sounds good still. They don't make it anymore, unfortunately, but maybe you could get a used one if it fits in the 5th gen?

The air space for the spare tire will is 2.3 or 2.4 cubic ft....something around there. Difficult to get an exact number due to the shape of the well itself

Yeah, that is just a mickymouse boss amp i put in while I'm building a custom rack for the trunk. I have a set of Zapco AG amps which are going in when its complete.

I just dropped an 8" JL Audio sub into the rear deck to replace the stock Bose piece of garbage. Just need a dynamat setting and some spacers between the body and the rear deck cover. Installed the amp in the trunk against the back seat. I'm more than happy with the sound and the bass output of this nice little sub. Eventually I'd like to replace the stock door speakers, but right now, I'm happy with turning down the bass on those and getting cleaner sound. You get the stealth look too.
