Radar Detector Modes

Ok iam made a poll to see what people put there radar detectors in by mode Highway or City and what works best.

Radar detectors are bad for your engine. Yes I am a certified radar technician.

Not all detectors have a city/highway mode though, like the Valentine 1. I run my V1 in the "big L" mode which mutes X band until you get very close......although I am going to turn X, as it is no longer used here.

I don't use radar detectors, it messes with the molecules in the oil of my engine, and it ruins engines. NevAr.

Mine has an automatic mode and switches itself depending on its readings.
