You checked with a multimeter that you're getting
12V on power wire, 12V on remote-on wire?
Did you check to make sure the amp doesn't have another
onboard fuse?

try these things

if you want to see if your amp works period get your power wire and connect it to the remote of the amp that way its on direct. dont do this for a long time just to see if it comes on if it doesnt the amp is saying good bye to you. tell me what happens.

turn on ur music and listen to the amp. usually ull be able to hear a slight humm. if that aint the case check the fuse it might be too weak.

first go through with a multimeter to make sure your input terminals have adequate power (12V)...then check the output terminals (speaker terminals/channels) to see if you're getting a reading....if not, then take apart the amp to check to see if there are any internal fuses (although i don't think that power acoustik amps do). If still no luck then start looking for a new amp.
