I Need To Decide On An Amp

I cant figure out what amp would be best for mids and highs, anyone have any recommendations. Probably looking for a 400Wx4 amp. Was looking at rockford power series but dont know if that is the best bet. Also, Where can i get a good deal on one!! Thanks!

i feel that the rockford fosgate is only good for bass...but that's just my opinion...it'll do fine for everything else i guess...for sq i would go with kicker...or even alpine...

Personally have to say go with Precision Power Power Class amps. I think they sound great for both bass and sound quality.

Running the BA 6.5 proSeries in the front and the BA RX67 in the rear. THe rx67 are rated at a 160W max amplification power while the 6.5 proseries are rated at 20-400W amplification power.

I think eclipse amps are the best for highs but rockford for lows.

as far as rockfords go, if i remember correctly they have 1% THD, which is a pretty high rating if you're looking for good SQ amps ... the thing is i've heard front stages put through rockford amps and it sound really good *shrug*

Main man, if you ever push more than 100watts RMS to your inside speakers, you will go deaf fairly quickly. You talking about pushing 400watts to each speaker inside? DAMNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN

Eclipse
JL
PPI Power series
Rockford Fosgate

My cousin has a RF 800.4 to his highs, and they sound great. I have always had good experience with RF.

There are no amps that I know of that put out 400Wrms x 4. You've been too accustomed to looking at specs of Pyramid and Legacy amplifiers...

For your BA speakers 75-100Wrms per speaker is plenty.
