Yup, it is a very "cool" idea. They use the same thing for use in cooling CPUs for computers. The only "possible" issue could be condensation. Too much of it and you run the risk of damaging the electronics. They are fun to play with, though.....

sounds very very similar to a push pull system with fans. One side brings in cold air another pulls out hot.
