Hi i got a new car stereo setup back in October. I i got everything from audiosavings.com and i happened to get a refurbished Ultra Linear UL2600D 1200watt amp. Every thing has been working great. Now all of a sudden the amp been cutting out like when the subs hits a hard bass line and now its stopped working all together. I checked all of the fuses and none of them are blown and i look and all of the wires are still connected. So i cant figure out why its not working. Any Idea's guys?

 

Make sure the amp is not fried, Do you have the proper gauge wire to power the amp ? is the remote wire still intact? sometimes they can short out and melt.

 

Yea its all in tact from what i can tell. I have a 1500watt wiring kit so yes the wires should be sufficient. Oh and i forgot to mention when i unplugged the fuses and then plugged back in it would work for a short amount of time.
