I have MB Quart PCE components and I doun't like the output of the bass much. I've seen JL Audio and kicker 6.5" subs butcan anyone recomend any? The idea is to put them in the front not to seriously bang out heavey bass, but to have some kind of rumble.

I personally like and run the DD 6.5 midbass. I know u said that u don't need it to kick out extreme bass, but u dont have top power them to full capacity. They sound great and actually have a good in cabin response. Just think, it will be great to know thgat they could kick out some good midbass if u upgrade your amp one day.
