High beam rewired question?

High beam rewired question?
Hello there,
Thank you all very much for any help that you might have.
I would like to know that is there anyone has done rewired the High beam so some how when you turn it on, the Low beam still stay on along with High before? I would like to do it since I will use separated bulbs for Low and High. Once again, thanks million for any help. Best Regards.
