Eclipse 7200 mkII
Anyone have comments/questions/concerns over this deck? Looking and upgrading to this from my Alpine CDA-9833...little bit older deck that I really like, but just looking to get something with the BT built in. Debating between this and the CDA-9887, however, it doesn't have BT

I don't really like the look of the newer Eclipse HU's, but from looking at the features they seem pretty top-of-the-line still. Since you are looking at the Eclipse, I'm guessing you have an amp for your speakers? If not, you need to look into a different HU from the looks of things.
I have an Eclipse CD3000, which is a little older and doesn't have bluetooth or near the amount of customization as the model you are looking at, but I love my Eclipse HU. I don't think I'll ever switch to another brand of HU.

Yea, I suppose I should have mentioned that in my previous thread. I do have an amp for the speakers and subs. I noticed that this particular deck has 8v pre-outs and my current one has 4v pre-outs...Whats the difference?

With 8 volts, more voltage is being sent from the HU to the amp, so the gain on the amp won't have to be turned up as much to match with the HU. With 4 volts, since the amp is getting less voltage, its gain will have to be turned up more. 8 is just more headroom than 4, meaning less chance of the amp clipping.
