Just wondering if someone could remind me of the voltage output for the bose HU? Or the maximum voltage the bose amp can handle? My alpine preouts are only 2.2 volts and the volume is a little low for some of my favorite songs. I'll be getting a line driver but I want to make sure I set it up correctly and not blow the bose amp. I know I should swap out everything, but that is my spring project.

I figure the safest way to not blow the bose amp is to actually measure the output on the line driver as it is adjusted until I hit just below what the amp is expecting from the original HU. Then it should be loud enough for the most part.
