I have a 2007 Maxima and need to build an amp rack that will cool my JL A6450. Also, I want to mount it near the rear deck so that I can hide the amp with the factory trunk cover (I want to keep all my trunk space). Another thing is how difficult will it be to build supports for the rear deck in order to support the weight of the amp, amp rack, and 2 Polk Momo 6x9. All ideas and suggestions are welcomed.

Do you mean the trunk liner on the roof?

Why the need for cooling? Just mount it to the rear deck itself -using wood and some metal brackets - or the back of your seats and be done with it.
