Every aftermarket deck is compatible with Bose.

Oh ok because I thought i read somewhere that you cant use the bose speakers with an aftermarket deck, only the bose headunit will work.

You may only need a different wiring harness for the radio to make them work.

I dont think its too terrible cheap looking, looks fine, However remember you pay for what you get. I say save up a couple of hundred more and get a pioneer, kenwood, eclipse JVC(kenwood took them over) I have found great deals on Sonicelectronix.com. Just my too cents. Good luck

Yea that looks cheap! Check out the classified section! I got a brand new Kenwood double din for sale. It uses Garmin navigation!

Answer to the question .. Yes. What mapping software does it use ? It is shipping from Hong Kong and shows mapping of Spain. What tuner (AM/FM) frequencies does it use ? US Bands compatible ?

Kenwood did not take over JVC. They 'merged' by buying 30% of each others stock and centralized corporate offices.

Usually a good rule of thumb for decks like these is that if they're too embarrassed to put their own brand name on the unit, its a POS.
