I seem to have misplaced one of my alarm key fobs; its an old viper alarm. Can the second key fob (the one that is missing) turn off/on the alarm when it has been activated by the another one?

Is the rolling code generated unique to one key fob? or will the pair recognize the respective rolling code for each other?
