BOSE sub keeps going out

BOSE sub keeps going out
whenever i play music, my sub will work for a little bit, and then it will just shut off, and then it will turn back on again, then off etc.
checked all the wires, seem to be plugged in correctly, and the problem is still occurring.
anyone else know whats going on?
