Reuse the factory Sirius receiver with new radio?
A friend has a 2005 Altima, factory radio with in dash CD changer.. CD's won't play. Way too expensive to repair this thing (2nd time it broke on her).
She would like to get an after market radio, but would like to keep her Sirius radio receiver.
Are there any wire harness converters or "how to" on doing this? She has not selected a replacement unit yet, because this is a factor to consider.
