I installed a viper 791xv on my vehicle about two years ago at tweeter. Since they are out of business I have no where else to go. My car alarm goes off but the paging does not go to the remote. Does any one know if this is a easy fix on the remote for this?

 

did u drop it...does it respond to other functions? replacement remotes are easy to re program and fairly cheap to replace

 

Try a reprogram, otherwise new remote. It's not totally common, but moreso than any of us would like to see.

 

It has been dropped, but it does respond when i lock it as well! I will get a new remote and go from there this will be my third remote for this one in 2 yrs. I wish they made them a little better!

 

They do make them better.
