Opinions on a amp?

Hey guys, just wanted to get some opinions from you, I have a Pair of Rockford Fosgate XLC 10" 4 ohm subs in a Sealed box. I am running it off of my stock Head unit. Does anybody have any opinions on what kind of amp i should get, i want something that will pump some serious bass. so if you recommend anything let me know.

Thanks

OK, call me a dork but:

I'm old school. Save money, go on Ebay and buy an old PPI Art Series A600.2.

Possibly the best bass amp ever made.

Or you could just buy a Kicker or Punch amp, which aren't in my opinion very clear amps, but they do put out alot of raw power, and will give you boomier, but somewhat undefined bass.

If you listen to alot of kick (trance, rock, etc...), then get a ghood clear amp (PPI, Alpine, etc)

If you like rap, get a not-so-clear but very high output amp (Fosgate, Kicker, Phoenix Gold)

I know people are gonna slam me for this answer, so I'll put in the disclaimer that these are just my personal experience and judgement.

And I listen to alot of Trance and Drum&Bass.

ARC audio is definatly another comany to watch out for..theyre definatly comming up. I've worked with some of their amp's....(co-worker at best buy used to own a shop in Modesto Cali)...and theyre most definatly a good value. The designer of these amps came from Zapco...so you know its not crap~! hmmm also RAINBOW components..although pricy (5-7000) for a 6 1/2"midbass 1" tweeter/ crossover combo...it sounds awesome

Arc audio is a nice company most deffinitly on it's way. I figure in another year or 2 there be up there with zapco and brax and all over the comp circuit. Working there way into the mainstream the way focal did.

I am putting a whole new system in my car, Competition level. I am using Autotek amps. I have heard nothing but good things about those amps and i have been researching them for awhile. Check out the Autotek amps if you want some serious clear bass.
