Hey guys, I just purchased a Pioneer AVIC-U310BT double din but need help installing it. As I wait for the unit's arrival I wanna be sure I have everything and know what to do.

What do I need besides the double din kit?
Do I need to do any special wiring?

It's a 05 SL with Bose w/o navigation.

You will need a harness for the stereo so it plug and play. Besides that it is pretty straightforward.

 

When you connected the steering wheel control interface , what color wires did you connnect. With the instructions the give on the pac website whey only show one connection, but stereo harness there are 4 connections. What three wires did you use. Sorry for the simple question. I have the headunit installed but the steering wheel controls aren't working
