LEGACY is a good company...Never heard of titanium but I have an underground amp also..I use Ultra Linear...and I must say its like a JL Audio but more affordable...Well on eBay...But if it works then hey...

Local shops sell legacy 15's for $125. Its crazy I always thought that with them being that cheap they were crappy.
