Where do you mount?

Where do you mount your front component speaker crossovers?

I mounted mine inside of the doors, but you could mount them behind the kick panels or in the trunk next to the amp. You have to run twice as much wiring through the doors if you don't mount the xovers inside of the doors, though.

my x-overs are in the trunk, it's part of the display i and a grip load of wires are being run all over the car sicne i have three way components up front adn two ways in the rear.. so if you just want your stuff to work, i suggest mount them in the doors or where ever yoru speakers are.. if not mount them where ever you please.

now if you mount them inside the doors, are you mounting them to the metal or to the panels?

To the metal, with screws. It's not really important where you mount them, as long as it's secure.
