2004 Maxima HU install question

So i read through the sticky and have ordered all the required parts. I'm installing a Pioneer AVH-P3200BH. My question is this. I had a amp added to my existing factory Bose system. What do I need to do with whatever was done to add the sub I have in there. I can see something tied into one of the rear deck speakers. I remember being told they had to run the RCAs from there when it was installed. I also have a PAC LC1 to under the dash. Should I remove all that and re-connect the rear deck sub or can I just unplug the rca's and leave it in?
Side question. I ordered a parking brake bypass, how easy is that to install? Any tips or suggestions.

Thanks

if you have an lc1 it has rca in and out just run the sub out rca from the deck to the input of the lc1 and disconnect the high level piece in the back

I wasn't planning on keeping the LC-1 hooked up. I wanted to adjust the sub from the receiver. The high level piece in the back, are you talking about whatever is tied into the rear deck speakers? What is the high level piece connected to now. So i can just disconnect it and leave it in place? Sorry if I sound dumb, i haven't done this in 10 years.

if you're going to get an aftermarket radio, might as well run some RCA's to your aftermarket amp so you can bypass all the PAC adapter mess.
