Aftermarket Deck Install - Dash Lights & Tilt Steering Fail

Guys....I could use a little help here. I installed a Kenwood DDX719 DVD/CD radio this weekend. After installation the dash lights and the motorized steering wheel control don't work. I checked all the fuses under the dash and they all seem to be fine.

Anyone experience this? Any have some advice?

I should also note that I also wired 3 wire (green, blue, black) e-brake override.

Any help would be appreciated.
