Need suggest on Amps

I have a 5th gen. with aftermarket HU and front component, rear speakers are stock, and a bazooka powered tube in the trunk. Can someone suggest a ok 4 ch-amp that will fit this setup, I am looking to spend no more then 200 dollars on the amp (yes I know ebay is cheaper), I am not looking for power or loudness, just want something so my speaker can sound better...
and can someone please expalin to me what does ohm mean....
thanks

The cheapest place is probably going to be ebay. They have some pretty nice Alpine V12 4 channel amps. My experience with alpine has always been favorable. Ohm is measure of resistance. The higher the number the higher the resistance. Depending on how you wire the speakers to the amp will depend on what kind of load that amp will "see" and therefore sometimes be able to apply more power.

alpine aint really a big winner when it comes to speakers and amps.....they are real big one adunits though, rockford fosgate makes killer amps and so does infinity....goto www.buyloud.com their prices are like 40% less than crutchfield's....and shipping is very nice too.....10 dollars for anything over 100 bucks
