Amp power wire through firewall

Have 2009 nissan maxima sport sv. Looking to run 4 gauge wire through firewall to hook up my amp. Any pointers? Thanks in advance for any tips.

Simple. Look for a flat spot on the firewall that's accessible from both sides. Drill there.
