I used the bolt that holds the chair to the floor.

And a large eyelet Yellow i think. They are color coded by size.
Works fine, no ground loop or anything.

Amps should always be grounded to chassis, not to a seat bolt. The gound wire should not be longer than roughly 6-8 inches from the amp to prevent noise.

The seat bolt threads into the chassis?

And the bottom of the eyelet is flat on the metal floor i filed the paint off of, so that is a good ground no? this was the only way to make gound wire be < 8"

directly below the seat is sort of a hump under the carpet(right near the floor vent). Cut back the carpet and ground your amp there, use 2 screws to firmly secure your ground. Oh and also get sand paper and sand down any paint thats on there to bare metal for the best contact!
