We don't know what speakers the amp is pushing, so we can't tell you how to set the crossovers.

I take that you have a 4 channel amp? Which one? What channel is driving what speakers? How is it wired up? But yes you need to play with all of them. To what afect depends on my questions.

Alright so if they wired it and set it up why are you messing with it? But the basic setting would be this:

Low pass
If it's wired in mono it should be on mono, and it probley is

x over point, they probley set it, somwhere around 80-100 hz

Hi. I have a couple of questions too. I hooked up 1 JL 10w0 to a RF 160.2 myself and I dont know where to set the gain. Does it matter? And where do I set the crossover, Low, High or Full? I am running it mono. Thanks, Dave.

Yes it matters alot. If your looking to make it loud, basically turn you head unit volum up to the loudest point you keep it, then go to the amp start with the gain at zero then begin to turn it up, when it clips back it down 1/4. Set the x over on Low.
