if I named them correctly, these are custom-made enclosures for speakers, sort of ones sold by Crutchfield. I wonder how much they cost, what do they fit, and if it is difficult to do one yourself.

 

Your pretty much right, however I don't think q-logic or mtx t-forms have come out any models for the 5th gens. Check jl audio they make custom fit boxes that are preloaded. As far as making one yourself I hope you are good with fiberglass because thats probably the only way to get the molded in type box.
