Mounting in trunk

Mounting in trunk
I posted about this earlier, but now I have a different problem. I'm using a JL 500/5 amp, which is pretty heavy. It's currently mounted on the back of the rear seats. The problem is that the back of those seats is like cardboard, and the amp is too heavy, so the screws wont stay in...any suggestions?

What I'm thinking about is creating a false back to the back seats, out of some sort of fiberboard, light wood, etc. That would mean that the seats wouldn't fold down separately, but they're not doing that now with the length of the amp anyway. I would use the steel frame around the edge of the seats to secure the back, then mount the amp onto that....
