question on bose cd system

question on bose cd system

when replacing the bose cd/tape head unit with a aftermarket cd player; if and how does it affect the bose speakers system?, will i need to replace the speakers also?

A quick answer is no, you don't have to replace the speakers. All you need is a bose interface device, sold at Crutchfield, Circuit City, etc. I got mine at Crutchfield, and it was $50. It is made by Scosche.
