Nice clip!! Pardon me while I get retentive. The cone went over but I would bet that there was no penalty. (Looked like it just tipped over from the gust! Awesome!) So I would say "C" - Cone over, possible penalty.

Even if he did hit it, as long as it is standing and still touching the chalked box he is good.
Sunday in stockton I saw a M3 nail a cone, flip it about 4-6 feet in the air and had it land perfectly back in the box. Lucky Bastard.

Sunday I creamed a cone in the slalom.. it got caught in my front suspension, and nobody noticed it missing on the course for several runs behind me... no cone, no foul. ;-)
