This is a blocked phone number in the AT&T network. But I can still get an address match but unfortunately this is something that has to be done by AT&T and because this is a cell #, their phone break charge is $60. I'll leave it up to you guys if you want to spend this money. Let me know. Interestingly, the zip code I got from that number matched with an address that I have but its not Tommy's. You guys can probably figure out the rest.
