Deceptive and Shady Seller Notice! (for NISSAN_SHIFT)
NISSAN SHIFT
is a deceptive and shady seller.
BEWARE!
Purchased a set of wheels from him and one rim was bent.
(I accept some blame for not reviewing them when getting them.) When I later realize he claims that he didnt give it to me like that. I didnt even mount them on my car so there is no way I did this to the rim. When picking up the rims he mentions that One of the tire pressures was low (i wonder why?) and i should fill it. Never once mentioning the bend. I am 100% sure he knew this rim was bent and was trying to dump them on someone (lucky me).
After multiple emails, PM's and phone calls he is not responding to me or answering any messages.
Claims that he doesnt have any money, (how can you not have money while selling all of these good's on the org?)
I even tried to negotiate someway to get my money back, I would give him 2 wheels for $200 and when he got the other $200, he would get the other rims. As soon as he saw that I was flexible and willing to work with him to get my money back he stops responding, its been two weeks and I've seen you active on the org. called your phone and left multiple messages, and sent multiple emails. and no response.
I tried multiple times to work this out with him before posting this but he is forcing me to let others know about his selling practices.
This is just a warning to others. Dont waste your time or money.
I am still willing to settle this, all i want is my money back and you can take your wheels.
All I'm asking is for your you to be fair.
Can you do that or are you not going to respond???

And it was about 2 weeks later,not 3 weeks, if i wasn't so busy with work and had more time, you probably would have been notified sooner.
Please call me and keep me updated, you're leaving me out of the loop thus making it seem as if you're not trying to help me.

and emails AND PM's are always being sent to you. (which you can answer at you lesiure)

You say your gonna help me but you never call me, and now all of a sudden you're not dealing with me? what happened? Finally telling the truth now? I thought you were working on something? so why not keep me updated?
