Update: CustomMaxima ordering problems

So after playing e-mail and phone tag with Custom Maxima for the past three weeks I finally got a tracking# on my order. Here's the deal...ordered clear corners on 8/27, finally got a hold of Greg on 9/4 told me my order was already shipped so I waited another week, nothing. Called customer service 9/11 to get tracking#, checked UPS and saw the order was shipped 9/9 and wouldn't get here until 9/16. Now I may be impatient, but three weeks to process and ship an order seems a little long to me. Yes, I've read all the excuses.

Yeah, I know, Custom Maxima is suppose to be highly regarded around here, but one things for sure I won't be ordering from them again. I'd rather pay a little more to get reliable service.

Come on man, just give them a chance. From what I can see, Greg is SERIOUSLY trying hard to reorganize his company. He said we should expect no more delays, and all we need to do now is to help him out.
