Now I have two intakes, what to do with other?

Ok, so I had found custommaxima.com, and ordered a JWI on a friday afternoon, but they were closed and it didn't get processed. Then, on saturday, I found a local place on the internet(2hrs away), that specalized in maxima parts. So, I emailed the customer service, and told him I wanted to cancel, he told me to call greg, I did, but he wouldn't answer, so I left him some messages, then later on(that monday), he called me back a couple of times, but I was in class, so I couldn't pick up, but afterwards I tried calling him back, and left another message on his machine, with my name and email address of which I bought it.
But I was checking my checking account yesterday, and found I has around $100 off. And it had been taken out of my account 3 days ago(a week and a half since ordered/canceled)! I've had the other intake in my car for over a week now, and just found out, now I have another one comming, for an additional $130! To be returned, there is a 25% stocking fee, thats why I called them up before it could be sent out/processed! So I'll loose out roughly $40, and have nothing to show for it, if I return it. Sure, this one is aa JWI, and the other a K&N, but everyone tells me they are almost identical.
DO you think I should return it, and loose out on 1/5 a paycheck(enough to see 10 movies), or try and see if I can sell it for close to what I got it? I even accidentally put the wrong name on the billing slip at their site(chris instead of christopher)!

If I were you, I'd just try to sell it rather than pay the restocking fee unless you don't want to deal with the hassle.

Seems like it is a simple mistake and will be simple to solve without the restocking fee. Give me another call and leave a message if i do not answer and I will take care of you.

Thanks,
Greg
