Got my tranny flushed today

darn thing cost 100 something bucks
But I can feel it shifts nicer now...
yeah..they changed the whole fluid in there
thats what they said
they put my car on the ramp, go through all the gear when the flusher machine is on
what do you all think?

definitely a good idea depending on the mileage of the car...i just had mine done last week...it was shifting like sh*t so i had that done and installed a cooler...the tranny shifts beautifully now and i thought it was going to die originally...not anymore....i've even hit the track with it now...

100 Bucks? Maybe my mechanic wasn't doing a complete flush cuz he only charged me 65 dollars 17k miles ago. I'm not sure what he did. I'll have to talk to him when I bring my car for inspection.

But you notice a difference eh? What kinda fluid did you put in?

fluid?....umm I dunno...

but i would say NISSAN OEM ATF....
I did it in the dealership....
I doubt they are risking using anything but OEM ATF...
that means not redline..
yeah..I feel the difference...smoother..and more responsive
does not 'delay' as much...
