Falore in Sunnyvale is wonderful. I've taken my wife's 2001 Max for a bad ECU - didn't get jacked around, unit was reprogrammed for free and her car ran great. Took my 97 Max for the Alt Recall, and they even did a power steering hose cramp recall I didn't even know about. Plus their parts department is stocked with people who know.

A+++ go there, no where else. I'm from Florida and was prepared for the worse.

My experience with Falore, Capitol, and Stevens Creek Nissans is uniformly negative. However, that's usually with sales... seems like service departments, at least at Stevens Creek Nissan, aren't nearly as bad...
