Call your credit card company. If you didn't charge it, perhaps that wasn't the wisest decision. Might have to chalk it up to a lesson learned.

just order some VHT Anodized Look paint from Summit Racing - it's cheaper and works just the same.

 

Read this. I had a terrible experience with them too trying to order some M3 mirrors that were supposedly in stock. I ordered on 9/11, and ended up having to file a credit card chargeback on them on 11/6. Still haven't gotten my money back yet because of the appeals process my credit card company has.

They're the same company supplying the M3 mirrors for the Maxima GB and they've missed that deadline too.

I never got through to them on the phone, it kept saying mailbox full, and nobody ever picked up. And in 2 months, I only got 4 responses to my emails. Most of them with excuses. And even after I cancelled my order by issuing the chargeback, they tried to email me a tracking number stating my order had shipped. That tracking number was bogus.

I'd just call your credit card company and reverse the charges.

Update on my issues with them. Hopefully they don't do the same to you. It looks like they just don't have the money to cover my chargeback or something.
