Bad seller
Just thought i'd inform you guys of yet another bad seller:

I sent this guy $320USD and he claimed not to receive it up until the 15th of April, but i traced the money order and it was signed/cashed on the 28th of March... If there's somebody in that area that's willing to help me out, let me know... I'm phoning their State police soon, getting the post offices' help and have already informed my bank, i will be calling his bank and proceeding onto further action...

Any info/tips let me know

Oh yeah and i have quite a bit of info from the traced MO...

Apparently the address are only 1.2 miles away from each other... I have helped out a fellow buyer with a shady dealer in Canada and he got his full refund and the guy got a HUGE fine so if anybody can help me out, that'd be great...

I offered to help, and let it stand there. I sent my contact info to RastaMan and my roommate told me that his mom called my house last week asking a lot of questions about me... hmmmm.

He obviously doesn't want his $320 back... he isn't contacting too many of us or updating us on the situation... with so many resources available on the org... you have to wonder.

I just spoke with Kenny personally a few minutes ago. He will be receiving a paycheck from work by this weekend Sunday. He will put the money in the mail no later that one week from today (Wednesday) next week. He will send it out US Registered mail with delivery confirmation... this will ensure that you sign for it and it will have a tracking number in case anything happens.

Please follow up with me that you receive the money. Don't talk to Kenny, don't vent on him... we're getting you your money back and you should have it no later than Monday the 12th of May.

What do you think? It was a decent conversation, and I put the fear of God into him... let him know about International fraud and the fact that a friend of mine is a federal agent (with Customs, who would handle this sort of thing).

Very nice!!! I've been ripped off by a few people but they live on the east coast (NY, FL)... I have had no luck in recouping anything. If you guys have any tips on what I could do. I've gotten over it (somewhat), but now and again i get very irritated at this.

Situation 1: I sold some Nike Jordans to someone but his money order was fake (my brother saw the MO, and sent the shoes) I have just found a phone # & name, but I get no answers. HE Disconnected his AOL account. I Lost his address. NY, Bronx. He seems like a teenager? Loss: $150

#2. This guy has ripped off several people, hes in Miami. He's a real thief. He actually has 2 pair of my shoes. He used a Mail Mart (po box) to sign for it. not sure of his real name but have a couple names he's used before. Loss:$300

#3. guy in NY sold me a leather jacket. it arrived in terrible condition! i sent it back and he kept my MO (usps).he used a po box. i have his name and receipt of usps MO. Loss:$200

any suggestions?
