Custom Maxima !! Two Thumbs Up !

My First Dealings with Custom Maxima:

I had my first dealings with Custom Maxima last week. I ordered one of their test pipes over the internet. Everything went smooth. Later that night I got a confirmation email. These guys even sent me a tracking number and that rocks !! In just 4 or 5 days I got my item. Had it installed and just thought the whole transaction was awesome. Couldnt have been better ! Thanks CM !

Yah iv definitly seen endless threads with complaints about CustomMaxima but I met the guys down at the Frankencar BBQ and it was great. They had great deals for me on my front & rear clear corners and my front strut bar and they were given away tons of free stickers. I guess they accidently left thier bulbs at the shop and were currently out of AE shift ***** but the dude was all apologetic and sed he would he would take care if me when it comes in if i give him a call. Speaking of which, i would have called you guys already but some a** stole 200 bux from my gym locker yesterday . But ne ways, thanx for being a part of my first mods and look forward to future business .

I'm sorry to hear that someone was dishonest enough to take that money. But it will come back to him someday. Give us a call today and will will hook you up with the maxima meet prices on the bulbs we forgot at the meet.

...

Guys,

I just bought a 2k3 Max 6-spd and I never moded my previous 2001 GLE, But I always checked out custommaxima.com as to me they are the only ones I know of that specialize in Maximas. Well now I am thinking about starting to mod my new maxima but I am reading some serious problems and at the same times praises like this. I only hope you guys take good care of me. I am a very paranoid sort of a person (pain in the *** I guess) hehe...

just passing through again, look I would do business with Custom Maxima anytime ... I can tell you this, I just dealt with a company called Pro Car Parts... they were the only place I coudl find that has the carbon fiber altezzas with black trim. So I ordered from them. This place calls me up to let me know that they cant ship me my item??? WTF ?

Why sale it? So I ask for a refund...its going to be 10 days ? Get the bank involved the place had at that point tried to CHARGE my card 8 more times ? Now why would they do that ?

It goes on and on ... ! But i can say this, im getting 40,000 hits a month on my site and like i told pro car parts ... i will be writing a review and sharing my experience with the org ...

the last thing i got from custom maxima was diamond cut clears, there are 2 other maximas in town with clears ... the diamonds are awesome and much much better looking.

anyways check out the site soon making big changes

I purchased my gunmetal altezzas from procarparts and never had a problem with them. Shipping took a few days longer than expected but it came. I also got a tracking number from them, the very next day. Just letting you know my experience. Never ordered anything from custom maxima, but the HID kit is looking very tempting.

GREAT experience - custommaxima.com

called placed an order last Thursday, had it Friday afternoon -- FSTB had a problem with one of the brackets and they sent me the wrong corners for the front, called Monday, bracket and replacement lights here Tuesday -- nothing but great and courteous service from Tyler handling the exchange and overall a great experience from custommaxima.com, i will absolutely reccommend them to anyone who asks!

(however i would always call when ordering/inquiring, without a real-time online based ordering system you may encounter some out of stock items that may delay your shipment but if you call and talk to someone instead you should get these same results )

Glad you were satisified with your order. The brackets were our manufacturers fault in Taiwan. They sometimes use the same brackets on both sides. We do our best to inspect each, but when you get in 500+ bars in one shipment it is easy to miss a couple. Speak to Steve or myself next time you order and we will give you a special discount to compensate for the error. I'll pass on the complement to Tyler too.
Thanks,
Greg

Nothing but positive thoughts here!!

I've been dealing with Greg since before his site was even called "CustomMaxima.com", when it was "Greg's Project 99 Maxima" and there was a small group deals section. I've purchased well over $3k in mods from Greg and never once had a single delay or issue with anything.
I've met Greg and his employees several times and hung out with them for hours on end at shows...
There is not a single negative thing I could say about this company.
It's a shame that there are many people who think that CM's promises about upcoming products and the Project Maxima are false because I can verify that they are not.
Keep doin what your doin Greg

So far I have ordered two times from CM.com. The closest thing to a problem was that a part was a bit late... which will happen with any vendor no matter what people say. I was able to call and talk to a REAL LIVE PERSON about it and verified it was on it's way. So, all in all, I have been very satisfied with CM.com. THANKS!

I've placed and received over 20 orders with CustomMaxima.com. Unless I ordered on a Friday, the shipment was to my door the next day since I'm in NY and CM.com is in CT. Just shows that if Greg has something in stock, it ships the same day. You can't expect every part to be in stock 365 days a year, no one is that good.

Thanks for the continued positive comments. Keep an eye on our site in the coming weeks as it is in the process of being completely redesigned. I feel you will all be impressed with its layout. Easier to use, better pictures and lots more parts being revealed all at the same time.
Thanks,

When I got my clear corners for my maxima I got a=n email from you that it was sent and in 4-5 days I got them and installed them. Thanks. BTW, you guys had the cheapest clear corners and the cheapest poilarg bulbs that i could find. Thanks. Also i got a pair of plate number frames and got it in 7-10 days. BTW thanks for the good customer service. I like how you give us tracking numbers unlike Frankencar.
