I have been wondering that myself, their customer service has been terrible to me though, I wait on the phone for eternity just to talk to someone!! The person I have talked to didn't even seem like they wanted to help me!

I bought 18's ADR RS Limited from them about 2-3 years ago and they have held up pretty well. I have hit curbs but have not bent a rim to date......other than having to wait some time on the phone, they ship by the next day.....i would give them 4/5 stars...

I bought from them in Oct. I jumped on the sale they had and got my rims in about a week. Customer service wasn't great, but it got here on time. Rims and tires were mounted and balance as it was advertised. The only thing that I didn't like was that they guy told me that the tires they put on them were stock equipment for BMW's. I found out really quick how big of a lie that was. Tire package was Hankook HTR. Other than that, I love the rims. Check my site for pics

I've heard good things and bad things about wheelmax; half and half. I did not want to risk anything so I'm going to buy rims somewhere else.

My bro bought from wheelmax. They ship fast. However, they refused to include hub rings despite repeated requests during ordering on the phone. They said "we'll send you the rims, test fit, if you need them, call back and we'll send them out". My bro test fit and needed the rings. Called, got a runaround, and eventually boiled down to him being charged an insane price. Bro called 1010tires.com and got them for 1/2 price.

Bro also requested wheel locks. they sent tuner lugs. bro called back, pointed out the mistake, and was offered a $20 refund if he faxed in a receipt for wheel locks that he buys on his own. Oh, and bro gets to keep tuner lugs. That's pretty cool... we'll see if they keep up their end.
