If your ISP email isn't reliable, then use the PM feature of the forum. At least there is no SPAM. I work in the IT field, so, I will recommend you to add the spam-filtering feature onto your email account(s). Some people prefer email, some prefer phone (like you guys from what I read). Also, some people aren't convenient to use phone. For example, my work area is kind of open, and if I use the phone, a lot of people will hear my conversation; and if I have to call you guys, I have to do it in business hours. Email, on the other hand, won't have this problem.

So far I have read good/bad reviews, but I remember something like, "It takes a bad customer to ruin the business"? Interesting, I was browsing your site early this week, thinking about getting a pair a clear taillight because my stock one is crack now. After reading the story, I am holding it back.

I am sure you care about your business. So, it is time to sort things out and ask Xerox to post it here, especially you have competitors just a couple mouse clicks away.
wow, you guys sure brought this back from the dead. haha

I am sure CM or CE...whatever, is a good business...i ordered from them because when they first started serving the maxima community they were awsome. IMHO they have fell off on that standard. My experience is a perfect example, The main thing that irritated me about this whole ordeal was the fact that they specifically told me that they were going to ship me out a new set of bumper lights that wouldnt be warped, i was willing to bite the bullet, pay for the extra shipping to get some lights that were warped and looked like complete crap! I didnt care about the money, it wasnt untill they sent me back the suposedly "new" lights that i got really pissed off...ONLY BECAUSE THEY SHIPPED ME THE SAME EXACT ONES!!!!

U may ask, how could i tell? well lets just say that when i saw how badly they were made (the first set) i took pictures of them to send to people to compare with thiers to see if it was anything to complain about. the only reason i could tell they were the same lights is cause they were the same ones in the picture i took b4 i shipped em back to them.

That was really bad, and to this day i am pissed off about it. i mean look at my max! so far i have spend about 8-10k on suspension, body work and paint alone! and you know what? i STILL have not gotten my damn clear bumpers because of this! Its really sad when you pay good money and put your faith in a company and then have it backfire on you. Its also sad that i could have gone on ebay and ordered these from some random person for less than a third of CM/CE price and gotten a better product, thats just not right.

But whatever, i dont wana bring more bad business to custom maxima, im over it. I just get mad when people ask me...why dont you have bumper clears yet? i always bring this up hahaha

oh well, im sure CM has alot more products that are better quality than their bumper clears...i just would recomend not getting these from them...get em on ebay, its cheaper and in reality they are better quality. im not trying to rag on their whole business...altho you guys did a good job of adding more complaints

but who knows, its things like this that pushes businesses to strive to better suit their customers right?

Is it me or is it that CM employees seem to be acting immature? When I first started gauging interest about modding my maxima, customenterrprise(custommaxima) was the first site I went to. I'm thankful that I didn't do business with them. No disrespect or anything but I've heard customenterprise was good but as of late, more complaints have surfaced over the last year or so that would make me believe that conducting moral and ethical business is not at the top of their list.

It was a major inconvenience , since I had a project I was trying to complete that weekend, but I know people make mistakes......thats all I have to say about CM. I have had very positive experiences with Paradox, SW Autoworks, and Berk Tuning, as well as Frankencar.

Everybody marks up there frieght charges....EVERYBODY. Thats why most times its called shipping & HANDLING. We do it at my business. To the tune of 25% of our cost on frieght. I ordered my entire Tokico setup from CE. I got everything on time, well packaged, and all in tact. Just my .02

Nismotic: yeah i know $7 sounds steep for shipping, but the rates at UPS keep going up and up. To ship a one lb package one state away does cost us $7 and sometimes more. We often lose money on shipping and practically never profit off it.

Xerox: I'm sorry to hear about the confusion with the lights. The quality of the bumper lights do give us alot of headaches and I wish the factory would charge a little bit more to make the quality better, but we both know thats not gonna happen. Our standard policy is to have the damaged lights picked up at our cost and send new ones out to our customers at our cost too. Next time if you have any problems call me and I will personally make sure you are taken care of, or if you prefer email me at Greg@CustomEnterprise.com. I check my email all day long and reply to each one.
Thanks,
Greg

4x4, did you get my PM? And yes, that would be a good idea. I think Maxima.org should look into that as well...
