Colorado Dealer
Colorado Dealer
Empire Nissan, Lakewood. I bought my 2000 Max SE from them and the sales people were very nice and didn't push me at all. I had a noise from the FR that they said was a sway bar end link and they would order the part and cover it under warrenty. Three weeks later I went to another dealer(after not getting a called from them) and had a shop install it. Didn't fix the problem. C-
Boulder Nissan, Boulder I was looking for a Max and was talking to a sales person and she was way beyond pushy. Wanted me to fill out a credit app after I told her that I was still looking and on my way to work. Blocked the door when I told her I needed to leave and lowered the price of the Max that I was looking at. Parts department people were great to deal with and called me when my parts were in. C
John Elway Nissan, Tec Center, Service people looked like they came out of the 70's and didn't want to help at all. I asked if they would look at the noise from my FE because it was under warrenty. They told me to come back after the warrenty was up and then they would be happy to help. Parts department people have been easy to deal with and friendly. D-
Tyanns Nissan, Aurora Service has been ok so far. Ryan(service writer) has been helpfull but he's new and last week told me that my bad strut and bad coils were not covered under the extended warrenty. Strut was covered coils still are not after talking to Nissan. Met 2 machanics and both seemed bright and friendly. Only test drove one car and the sales person was nice but didn't know Nissan's that well. Another service writer help me one day(gold chains, gold rings) and asked me "so are we going to hear this noise this time?" I told him that three other people have heard this noise so I don't see the problem. C
Valley Nissan/Subaru, Longmont Sales person(John?) was a joke. Went for a drive in a 1999 Altima SE V6. Yep a V6, "thats why it's a SE, special order from the factory". We walked. No other dealing with them. On a side note my mom is taking them to court over her piston slapping Legacy. F
