Frost Nissan, Newton, MA is awesome!

Have to give it up to Frost Nissan's service dept in Newton, Mass. Been going there since 2002 March and always been extremely satisfied. I had originally went into Nissan of Natick's service dept cuz i bought my '02 Max from "Nissan of Natick" thinking they would be helpful but NAHHHHHH... I went in there with a Blown MAF... which i admitted to have changed the Intake... the technician took a look at my car and noticed the strobe lights, aftermarket LCDs, PS2, Amp and Subs and came out and tells me "look at all this &$^% in this car" i said "excuse me its not *&$^" Its my hard earned money and i used it to add stuff to my car... You have no right to say that its &%$^!!! and i flipped out and walked out... Called nissan's customer service in front of the guy and made a complaint... (dont know if they did anything about it though!) Then i took it to Frost Nissan in Newton and the guys at the front desk Ruben and Stephen took very good care of me... they were like "So buddy... that intake causing u problems huh" and we all laughed... Stephen said he was goin to take care of it under the warranty as a courtesy cuz i told him the truth that i had changed the factory intake to aftermarket. He said he had to order the parts and the car would be ready the next day... I went home in peace! but 2 hrs later Stephen called me say that the MAF was on national backorder and wouldnt get it for weeks... so i went online and ordered a used MAF from this place in AZ and had it shipped the next day... Installed it myself and went to Frost to reset the "Check Engine" light... 4 months later i went to Frost and they ordered the part for me, but they said they had to charge me for labor... which i was fine with! Thanks a lott to those guys... After that i decided to go there for all my service needs and i've been ever since
Then i heard that Stephen passed away due to a silent heart attack at sleep... but the other service rep Ruben takes excellent care of me and my car. He always brings my car inside the building if i ever have to leave it overnight without even asking! He's extremely friendly and knowledgeable... so if ur in the Mass area and have a problem... go see Ruben and he will treat you "FROST CLASS" that their line! There's Julie at the service desk who i've only dealt with once but she's very nice also and i hear customers always talking good stuff about her! So yes... Frost is my choice and i will buy my next Max from there!

I haven't dealt with their service department, but their sales people are very nice. I went and looked at a couple Max's, and drove and '02 that I ended up not buying, but the sales guys I talked to were very friendly, didn't pressure me at all, and let me take the car out by myself. It's one of my pet-peeves having the sales guy come along on the test drive with me. I hate making small talk and not hearing how the car sounds and drives 'cause of it.
Anyways, if you're looking to buy, check 'em out. I think I dealt with Bob. I personally didn't buy a car there, but I was still pleased with the service I got.
