Stupid FedEx

Ordered my red and clears the other day off ebay from Symenic?? and opened them up and the corner was broken. Not happy and they are telling me it could be a month before I get my replacements. Does anyone know how I can speed up the process??

are you fukcing kidding me? You got insurance on them? I went to FedEx Kinkos yesterday to ship a package and that ******* said they didnt have insurance so I had to go to UPS and pay almost double.........That arrogant *****!
I hope im misunderstanding something here cuz I could seriously go give someone a beat down. 29$ shipping at FedEx and 48$ at UPS.

Dude, FedEx offers insurance. That bish didn't know what he was talking about.

BTW, FedEx does suck. I ordered some tires recently, and they delivered 3. The 4th got lost and had to put a tracer on it. It did finally arrive, but 4 days later.

How was this FedEx's fault? The guy either shipped a chipped light or he didn't package it well enough.

I've been hearing this lots... that people have ordered from symnic on ebay and their tails have come in broken. That sucks. You would figure by now that the seller would know that his product needs to be packaged better.

Whatever you do DO NOT BUY from the ebay use "f1sports".

I ordered clear corners from them. One of the assemblies had a broken bracket. I sent them an email telling them and they replied with an email asking for pictures of the broken part and a picture of the box.

I replied with a picture of the broken part and told them the package was not damaged. The part was either broken before or while it was packed.

No response for like 5 days.

I sent them another email and they replied with an email asking for pictures of the broken part and a picture of the box so they can forward the claim to fedex.

So ... 3 weeks gone now and I still don't have the replacement part. Nor do I have any confidence these morons even speak english since every email they send seems to be a canned (pasted) response with the same exact text. In the third email I sent I finally included a picture of the friggin box (in pristine condition) so they would figure out what I was saying. It didn't work

File an eBay seller's fraud. You're waiting for nothing to happening.

Fedex insures EVERY package up to $100 for free. Anything after that is additional I believe.

I bought insurance through the ebay auction for $2 dollars...

when i parted out my millenia, i used fedex to ship all of my packages, which on total was probably around 20-25. i didint have a single complaint from any of my customers. and yes, i bought the insurance on every package.

did the seller use bubble wrap? if he did, then it should have been very difficult for the lights to crack

mine wasn't packaged as securely as it should have been. it was filled halfway with "peanus" and each taillight was place in a small bubble wrap.

luckily i got my money refunded and still have both tails. I had to chew them out a bit firest.
