Known for their sets of 97-99 Red/clear tailights on ebay, their feedback score is very high. My taillights came and one side was cracked. I immediately followed up with a request for refund/exchange and waited for their "3 day period" to return my email. I tried that with no luck. Next, i called the phone number but it is ALWAYS busy. I was finally fed up 2 weeks later and wrote an email stating I would dispute this charge w/my credit card company.


funny...I got an IMMEDIATE response stating a claim with fedex was made and it will take 8 days until I get a confirmation. I was told to keep my lights in the package just in case fedex wants to inspect the claim.


12 days later, 2 emails, multiple tries at the phone, and no prevail. I will put a call in tomorrow to my credit card company. I've also heard that many orggers have received them cracked as well. Stay away

btw-custommaxima's red/clear and symmic's red/clear look will NOT match.

Update: just got an email today refunding my money. Took a while, but they did the right thing.
