Bad Experience with Just Tires in Downers Grove, IL

I had my new tires installed at Just Tires at 2311 Maple Ave in Downers Grove IL. They scratched 3 of my wheels - I have standard 03 SE wheels that were flawless save for one curb mark. One of the scratches is about 4 inches long and looks awful. The others are fairly small.

I have an appointment for the manager to see the car tomorrow, but I shouldn't have to deal with this after spending $800 there. I'm expecting them to deny responsibility, but maybe I'll be pleasantly suprised. I planned on taking good pictures of my wheels before dropping it off, but regretably didn't.

Oh, and the 30 minute installation guarantee? Guess it must not apply on days they are short staffed - the guy in front of me was told it would be an hour, so I left mine there for 2.5 hours and told them there was no rush.

I was going to go there, but I ended up going to the Just Tires in Chicago by Harlem and Irving Park (i live in glenview so they are both pretty equally far) they did a pretty good job overall...45 minutes.

go to costcos or bjs their pricing is much more favorable, but they are not the fastest service either but they will guarantee their work.
